This GATHEROUND, we welcome Cindi Young, founder of Baked, for an afternoon rooted in clarity, care, and considered living.
Founded in 2019, Baked. began before the conversation had fully formed—before cannabis became content, before the industry learned to perform. What grounded it then, and continues to guide it now, is a commitment to getting it right.
With a background in human development and psychology, and over a decade spent alongside cultivators, formulators, and medical professionals, Cindi brings both formal education and lived understanding. Her time in Colorado during legalization offered a rare vantage point—watching what happens when access arrives without context. She took note, and she built with intention.
Now in Atlanta, that same awareness shapes her work: creating space for education over assumption, integration over excess, and understanding over trend.
