SUMMARY:Serenbe Farms Volunteer Day | Get Your Hands Dirty Wednesdays
DESCRIPTION:Organizer: Life at Play Serenbe Farms Volunteer DayWhen: WednesdaysTimes: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM or 10:00 AM – 12:00 PMWhere: Serenbe Farms\, Chattahoochee Hills\, GA Serenbe Farms Volunteer Day takes place every Wednesday at Serenbe Farms in Chattahoochee Hills. This weekly volunteer opportunity invites community members to experience life on a working farm and support sustainable agriculture. Each visit is different. Depending on the season\, volunteers may plant seedlings\, harvest produce\, prepare beds\, wash vegetables\, or care for crops. Because farm work changes throughout the year\, you may learn something new every time you participate. To prepare for Serenbe Farms Volunteer Day\, dress for the weather. Bring water\, a hat\, gloves\, and sturdy boots. Farm work is active and hands-on\, so preparation helps ensure a safe and comfortable experience. In addition\, volunteering offers more than just physical work. It provides a meaningful way to connect with the land and understand where local food comes from. As a result\, participants leave with a deeper appreciation for sustainable farming. Whether you are new to farming or already enjoy outdoor work\, this weekly volunteer opportunity supports both community and environmental stewardship. Learn more about the farm at https://serenbefarms.com. You can sign up here.
