Session Flow:Each sound journey begins with a bespoke meditation written and guided by Meagan\, paired with nourishing breathwork to help you arrive and feel at ease in your body. From there\, Meagan leads you into her signature music-driven sound journey using pure crystal quartz singing bowls\, layered with soothing rhythmic textures\, elemental instruments\, and intuitively curated soundscapes inspired by the season.The journey closes with a grounding meditation and light breathwork to support integration\, allowing the experience to settle and be carried with you beyond the space.Sound journeys are best enjoyed lying down in a comfortable position. WHAT WE PROVIDE:– A warm blanket– A fresh eye mask– An extra-cushiony yoga matFYI:We’ve added windows to the loft to offer some protection from the elements. However\, since it’s still technically open-air\, we recommend checking the weather and dressing accordingly for the season—whether it’s layering up for cooler days or staying light and breezy in warmer weather. Depending on weather and other personal needs\, you are welcome to bring anything else that will improve your comfort during the session\, such as:– An extra yoga mat for more cushioning– An extra blanket to cover yourself– A pillow & personal eye mask\, water *IMPORTANT: Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early to find your seat\, use the restroom\, and even visit the horses before we begin promptly at 12:15 PM*.
